El Rancho Hotel & Convention Center will be erected in the El Rancho hotel zone with direct access to the Bourdon road via a four-lane road also built by Société immobilière et financier SA (SIF). It will feature a capacity of more than 1,300 people (in theater mode), will be modular and can be transformed as needed into smaller rooms from 100 to 500 places. It will also have a covered parking of 400 places.
The financing of this important investment in the town of Pétion-Ville is provided entirely by Haitian funds, from shareholders of the company and financial institutions, according to information obtained by the newspaper.
In addition to having the largest area to accommodate any type of event, the El Rancho Hotel & Convention Center will have a covered parking of more than 400 places. Visitors will have from the parking access directly to the foyer of the convention center, according to the plans of the architectural firm.
