"Many times what makes a destination memorable are the small sensory details about the location or space that the occupant might never experience anywhere else."

Eduardo Gomez

Project Manager

Eduardo brings to OBMI years of experience in design for the hospitality, luxury residential, and the development and construction industries. He leads projects through all phases of design and construction for multiple projects, in renovation and new construction within the Destination Creation Studio. Very active in the development of numerous building typologies, including assembly, luxury single-family residential, high-density residential, and luxury hospitality projects; he works closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, setting project direction, and developing construction documents.

With projects in the U.S., the Caribbean, and the Middle East, from private palaces to luxury hotels and residences, he’s most excited about projects in beautiful locations and how his designs can further enhance the client experience. Eduardo attended the Pratt Institute and during those college years he explored Southeast Asia, a region draped in rainforests, speckled by volcanoes, skirted by pristine beaches, and filled with the ruins of grand past civilizations that once fed off mighty rivers. A blast to the senses, culturally and architecturally.
