"Seeing the first computer-to-computer connection over a 944bps modem sparked my interest in how computers and people can work together across geographical boundaries."

Frank Nayor

Director of Information Technology

Frank uses technology to uncover and minimize inefficiencies at OBMI – and he’s spent over 20 years guiding organizations through tectonic shifts in business and infrastructure technology. Frank recently designed an immersive conference room that includes a ceiling camera, touchscreen displays, and audio/video capabilities, which greatly enhance the interactive design-think sessions we conduct with clients, and promote better team collaboration.

After studying computer science at the University of Miami, Frank was involved in several major implementation projects in the private and government sectors, and spent four years working as a project manager for a major technology firm. As he approaches 20 years in the industry, Frank leads a team of tech specialists and works with over 50 of the top vendors and contractors in technology and adjacent industries. His expertise includes consulting, systems implementation, network infrastructure, telephony, programming, and IT outsourcing. Frank says his greatest strength lies in helping the OBMI leadership team to incorporate technologies that can help them be more effective, competitive, and innovative. We couldn't agree more.
