Javier brings to OBMI a range of architectural experience in residential, hospitality, and public works projects, spanning Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean, and the U.S. Driven by strong results, he has a passion for creating unique spaces and experiences within the built environment.

Equipped with a Master of Architecture from University of Florida and numerous awards under his belt, Javier is a LEED Green Associate and NCARB member. Adept at client relations and project management, he provides inspiration and leadership for fellow colleagues, ensuring the best architectural designs are presented to OBMI clients.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Javier is a full-blown aqua man, enjoying boating and surfing in his spare time. He enjoyed traveling, one of his most memorable trips was Cuba, where every corner evoked a sense of nostalgia and every person and building had a story to tell.
