“Travel has become a vital part of my creative process, not to mention to my understanding of other cultures and traditions. Seeing things firsthand and learning the history of places from the people who live there has stimulated in me a deep curiosity about art, music, and of course: architecture.”

Mauro Comoli

Senior Project Manager

Just like a master chess player, Mauro has the keen ability to organize, prioritize, and work under extreme pressure with absolute accuracy. He’s masterful at developing complete sets of architectural drawings and presentations, as well as interacting with consultants and presenting to clients. Our clients enjoy his excellent cost-conscious financial management and his ability to contribute alternative design solutions which meet budget requirements. They also enjoy sitting down and having a nice espresso coffee with him.

With over 12 years of international experience, Mauro provides hands-on leadership at OBMI for architecture and interior design projects in large-scale developments, luxury hospitality, mix-use urban environments, and cultural destinations.

Mauro earned his Master of Architecture from the Polytechnic of Turin in Italy and is registered as an Italian Licensed Architect and member of OAT (Turin’s Architect Association). During his downtime, Mauro enjoys traveling the world and learning about other cultures. One of his fondest memories is a cruise he took on a Dahabiya boat down the Nile River with his closest friends, while discovering and learning about ancient Egyptian culture.
