Poseidon’s Perch Villa

British Virgin Islands

Meticulously Designed in Harmony with Nature

Poseidon’s Perch Villa was designed to sit perfectly nestled into the hillside to embrace gentle sea breezes and capture the expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean, Anegada and Oil Nut Bay. The architecture of this finely crafted water palace was meticulously designed by OBM International to promote harmony with nature and inspire the true feeling of island living. The home’s open, free-flowing layout and ample use of indoor-outdoor space brings a casual luxury and comfort that delights the senses.

A focus on authentic island living was paid throughout Poseidon’s Perch Villa’s planning and design process and can be seen in the architecture and imaginative design solutions around the property including the integration of unique marine life sculptures. The innovative use of materials at Poseidon’s Perch combined with a strict attention to detail has resulted in a luxurious Caribbean hillside home that showcases a contemporary and stylish decor. The villa welcomes guests with subdued tropical motifs, natural granite and stone materials with high-rise ceilings and large pocket doors.

Embracing indoor-outdoor lifestyle is easy at Poseidon’s Perch Villa with large pocket doors and terraces that frame the brilliant Atlantic Ocean and Bay views. All guest rooms have direct access to the grand outdoor terraces. The upper terrace is ideal for al fresco dining during sunset. The middle terrace has an elaborate turtle shade structure with a day bed. A haven in itself, the below pool deck features a poolside bar and multiple areas for lounging including a covered palapa and poolside seating, all surrounding the infinity pool and built-in hot tub.
