As a modern interpretation of a traditional Balinese home, Villa Nevaeh boasts character and class, and was uniquely designed so that all the facilities and rooms on the ground level are completely accessible by wheelchair, including convenient access to the beach.
Interpreting the client’s vision early in the design process, OBMI architects conceived a unique design for the villa that combines contemporary design with Balinese architecture. Villa Nevaeh combines aesthetic appeal, natural materials, and craftsmanship into the most intricate details of the home to set an entirely new bar in terms of opulence.
The Balinese architectural inspiration and décor of the villa work well with the enormous and private gardens and grounds. Crafted as an array of pavilions connected by terraces, the villa features a central courtyard that provides access to all points of the home to promote while providing unparalleled views from the moment you step into it. The resulting layout allowed for free movement around the property, bringing to life the landscape by seamlessly transitioning the interior living environment into the natural surroundings while maintaining accessibility for guests.
Villa Nevaeh is comprised of technological systems including fibre optics including Wi-Fi, telephones, security systems, and entertainment systems. All of the 23 zones of audio sound systems were nestled within the property to remain inconspicuous, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and even on the tennis courts. The incorporation of the home’s smart technology was discussed during the initial design phases, as their systems must be implemented to work with the architecture, furniture, and other features. Proving that a home conceived out of fantasy requires the utmost attention to every detail from all parties involved in the planning, design, and construction of the final product.
