OBMI is a design practice grounded in hospitality and shaped by the ground beneath each project. We begin with place, reading its landscape, climate, culture, and character before we draw. From there, we shape each project from what makes it distinct, so that the design is connected to where it stands and considered in how it is experienced.

Ninety years in hospitality have taught us that a place lasts because of how it makes people feel.
